Morphology
A friend of mine suggested this name for the magazine. He said it was fitting because the
magazine should/would/could be a ever changing anthology of short stories. The launch date
is up in the air right now, we got to get enough people interested in submitting stuff first.
Of course, I could just start pumping out issue after issue of MY stuff,….maybe even call it
the “Cameron Counts Quarterly”,…..hey, that DOES have a nice ring to it.
Anyone who is interested and has material ready or near ready, please contact me at
nmdcone@yahoo.com. We’re looking at a monthly anthology magazine, pretty low tech
(copied at Staples??). Main goal is exposure for the group and it’s members, but it might also
generate some group funds as well.
This is open to any genre and almost any medium. We need short stories/series running less
than 10 pages, or longer stories than can be broken down. I’d prefer to keep articles and non-
fiction to a minimum, unless it’s about the writing/movie industry. Poetry and art is also
welcome. We will need cover art and “filler” art. Also, anyone who has experience or wants
experience in drawing comics please come forward. We have a few ideas on the table that
could make killer comics.
